This project was the first large-scale multi-media TouchDesigenr installation of my career, thanks to the incredible team at Chemistry Creative
This installation was part of Nike's Air Max campaign, located on the ground floor of the Nike flagship store in SoHo.
I was involved in pre-production, content creation, interactive development, and installation of this project, working under Lovejoy Paradise. TouchDesigner legend Vincent Houzé also joined the project to focus on sensor placement and interaction.
When the box is idle, the Nike logo is displayed with a looping animation of clouds that I made in Blender. Once a guest steps inside the interactive zone, the clouds change color and a series of inspirational quotes appear on the screen.
Unfortunately, this installation took place in February of 2020, so it was only open to the public for a few weeks before the Covid-19 lockdown began. Such is life I suppose!
